How much does a terrace garden cost in Delhi NCR?
As an indicative range, LifeWall terraces cost about ₹900–₹1,400 per sq ft at Essential finish, ₹1,400–₹2,200 at Signature and ₹2,200–₹3,600 at Bespoke. LifeWall projects start at ₹10 lakh. The real number comes after a site visit — and the price you approve is the price you pay.

What does LifeWall build?
Three spaces, done deep: terraces (waterproofing, deck, planting, pergola, lighting), lawns (soil, drainage and grass that survives June) and backyards (dining, lounging, planting and light). Design and build are handled end-to-end by one team.
Is terrace waterproofing included?
Yes. Every LifeWall terrace is engineered for Delhi rooftops, and waterproofing is part of the terrace scope along with deck, planting, pergola and lighting.
How do payments work?
Payments are milestone-linked — you pay when work completes, not before. You get one detailed, itemised cost before work begins.
Can I track my project while it is being built?
Yes. Every LifeWall project runs on Flow, our own platform: live progress milestone by milestone, fresh site photos, written approvals for every design and material, and milestone-linked payments — all on your phone.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the size and scope of your space. You get a timeline with your design, and every milestone is tracked on Flow. We won't promise a 10-day job — we promise one that's done properly.
Do you maintain the space after handover?
Yes. Handover is a finished, planted, lit space — followed by maintenance that keeps it improving every season.
