For each franchise there will be a requirement of minimum investment of Rs. 20 Lakhs and 500 -700 sqft open and 150-200 sqft office space.
Usually a franchise in tier 2 city gets to break-even in 10-12 months. It may be some less or more depending upon the city and time of launch.
The major cost is setup of the display center and running it for initial months. A more detailed financial plan can be explained in discussion.
The investment amount will be charged 100% in one instalment only at the time of agreement.
We prefer partners who:
1. Have an experience of minimum 3 years in construction/interior/furnishing field.
2. Have connects with good architects, interior designers and builders in the city.
3. Have passion and ambitions to grow.
4. Have good knowledge about their city in terms of geography, consumer behaviour, trends, etc.
5. Is looking for diversification in his/her business and wants a new source of revenue.
